Information we collect
We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, profile details) and data generated when you use the platform (bookings, searches, preferences). For providers we also store business and staff information.
How we use it
We use this data to provide and improve the service, process bookings, communicate with you, and ensure security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers that run Marbooking, under data-processing agreements: Omise (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS/OTP), LINE and Meta (chat with shops), Google (sign-in, Maps, Analytics), and Vercel (hosting). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights (PDPA)
Under Thailand's PDPA you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can download a copy of your data or delete your account from Account settings; some transaction records are kept in anonymized form for the period required by tax and accounting law.
